Sgt Prep is an independent, unofficial educational study aid. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Report a content or technical issue

In the app, open More → Report an Issue. Choose a category, describe the problem, and use the iOS share sheet to send the prepared report through a destination you choose. Review the report first and remove sensitive, operational, personal, or confidential information.

Common support steps

• For microphone or speech access, review Sgt Prep permissions in iOS Settings.
• For Assessment recordings or transcripts, use More → Legal & Privacy → Data Controls.
• For purchase access, use Restore Purchases on the Sgt Prep Pro screen.
• For study-content questions, include the source code, question/scenario title, and the specific issue.
• For display problems, include the iPhone model, iOS version, and a screenshot if appropriate.
